DNS does not staff sales persons. The non-commissioned person that visits you and that will ultimately be responsible for your account will be a Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer uniquely qualified to recommend the best solution for your needs.

Dedicated Team
DNS understands small businesses. Small business want to see the same technicians servicing their networks each time. Small businesses do not want to call the “service” department and have just anyone show up. They also do not want to call someone’s cell phone or beeper hoping that they can get their technician live.

Small businesses want to speak to their team live. That is why when you call in with a problem, your Help Desk person will try and resolve it connected remotely to you. If they cannot, then your onsite Account Technician will be scheduled to go onsite immediately.


Escalation Procedure
In cases of critical issues with your network, Database Network Specialists utilizes an escalation process which ensures a fast resolution to any problems. Once the call has been received by the operator a series of notifications and confirmations to the client's dedicated team go into effect which ensures that the problem gets resolved as fast as possible. In cases of problems arising after hours an engineer is on call 24x7. The engineer will attempt to correct the problem and notify the dedicated team for ongoing monitoring and follow up. In those cases that a technician or engineer needs to be deployed the client will be notified immediately with the date and time for the visit.
