fast resolution to any problems.
Once the call has been received by the operator a series of notifications
and confirmations to the client's dedicated team go into effect
which ensures that the problem gets resolved as fast as possible.
In cases
of problems
arising after hours an engineer is on call 24x7. The engineer will
attempt to correct the problem and notify the dedicated team
for ongoing monitoring
and follow up. In those cases that a technician or engineer needs
to be deployed the client will be notified immediately with
the date and time for the visit.
